Office Manager
Since October of 2003, I have served as office manager for Douglas H. Joyce, D.O. and the Joyce Vein & Aesthetic Institute. I am responsible for overall office operations, personnel management and marketing.
My responsibilities include:
- Staff management including scheduling, interviewing, hiring, employment termination, orientation, training and general support.
- Human resources including payroll, time records and benefits.
- Accounting that includes overall management of finances.
- Maintain corporate records.
- Asset / equipment management.
- Equipment and supplies procurement.
- Initial IT support and coordination with IT personnel.
- Marketing including ad conceptualization and design, ad placement, Internet services, conference / exhibitor preparation, practice promotion and coordinating physician speaking and training.
