Front Desk Supervisor, Surgical Assistant

I am the front desk supervisor, billing specialist and surgical assistant. I joined the JVAI team in January 2004.

My duties include all insurance billing, posting payments, and overseeing the front desk operations. I am here to assist our patients with any insurance or billing concerns and also to insure you will receive the best customer service possible. I also fill in as a surgical assistant when needed in the surgical suites.
