Venous Disease Treatment Data at the American College of Phlebology's 23rd Annual Congress in Palm Desert, California
It gives me great pleasure to tell you about some exciting venous disease treatment data that I presented before my colleagues during the November 5-8th, 2009 American College of Phlebology’s 23rd Annual Congress in Palm Desert, California.
The data I presented at the conference, representing a total of 5426 cases that I treated for incompetent perforator and Saphenous veins, revealed an excellent success rate through my methods. An average of 96% of my patients achieved a successful outcome with negligible complications for problems ranging from aching, burning, swollen and/or tired legs, leg pain, skin discoloration, difficulty healing leg wounds, excessive bleeding from leg injuries, varicose veins and serious venous leg ulcers.
Since 2003, I have presented multiple position papers as well as training workshops on the treatment of serious venous disease at the annual international meetings of the American College of Phlebology, The American College of Osteopathic Surgeons and other prestigious organizations. I consistently perform one of the highest volumes of laser vein surgery in the United States and I’m one of only a small number of physicians Board Certified in Venous disease worldwide.
Because of my commitment to helping patients to get state-of-the-art treatment in the safest, most convenient and cost effective manner, I have improved my procedures that already yield the highest level of success with the lowest rate of adverse events. By refining my methods to eliminate the need for procedures to be performed in the hospital under general anesthesia, I have set a new standard in which the same successful treatment outcomes are achieved in an office procedure performed under local anesthesia. Not only is this more convenient and cost effective, it also prevents serious risks and complications associated with general anesthesia.
As untreated venous disease progresses, it often produces catastrophic consequences for your health and well being, finances and overall quality of life. As symptoms become more troublesome, you may find you can no longer stand on your feet, work at your job and participate in activities that are important in your life. Venous disease can ultimately lead to the loss of your job, home and assets with devastating consequences for you and every member of your family. All of this can be avoided with early detection and treatment.
If you or someone you know is suffering from venous disease symptoms, please contact my office and request a vein treatment consultation. If venous disease is detected during your exam, the evaluation and treatment are generally covered by insurance. And be sure to pay it forward by passing this information along to anyone who might be suffering from venous disease. We see patients from all over the US and even other countries who have not gotten satisfactory results through the treatments they received elsewhere.
I am and will remain committed to your greatest vein treatment results. Contact us now to request a vein treatment consultation.
