VISIA offers three numerical values that provide a measure of the skin’s condition. Feature Counts is the number of discrete instances of the feature being evaluated. Absolute Score is the comprehensive measurement of the impact of that feature on the patient’s complexion. Absolute Scores are used to track treatment progress of one or more features. Percentiles are useful in providing a baseline assessment of the overall condition of the patient’s complexion.

You will asked to remove jewelry, make-up and wash and dry your face. From a picture taken with the VISIA camera, a series of informative photos will be produced and reviewed with you before and after treatment. These pictures document baseline and post-treatment information. The VISIA does not perform a diagnosis or determine the treatments needed; our skin care specialist does that. The VISIA does perform an extensive analysis of your complexion and can pinpoint the minutest variations in skin conditions.
